This page (together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Website Use and Website Acceptable Use Policy) tells you information about us and the legal terms and conditions of our Happy Boot camps events which we provide to you.

All Happy Boot Camps events are free to participants and are run by volunteers. There are no permissions expressed or implied by the Happy Boot Camp organisers. Participants make use of the facilities at their own risk and without express permission from the Happy Boot Camp organisers or the Venue, Park or Council authorities. Doing exercise is a physically active sport. You should always seek advice from your GP before taking up a strenuous physical pursuit such as this. I accept that I do so entirely at my own risk and that it is my responsibility to ensure that I am fit and able to take part in the event.

Children under the age of 11 years old are the responsibility of their parents or guardians and need to be accompanied at all times before, during and after the Happy Boot Camp events and its volunteers do not accept responsibility for injury, loss and damage sustained by a participant unless the above injury, loss and damage is proven to have been caused as a direct result of negligence on the part of the organisers.

Group Photos

Group Photos which we may take during our classes and at our events and occasionally publish them on social media platforms and in our marketing and newsletters and we may occasionally praise or mention our Boot Campers in relation to the Happy Boot Camps platforms. Health Assessment and Exercise Questionnaire By signing up to these Terms and Conditions, you declare that you will fill out our health assessment exercise questionnaire..., before participating in your first class. The instructor may not let your participate in the class unless you have also signed and dated the questionnaire.

Liability

We may identify possible problems with you taking part in our events and recommend that you get medical advice. We are not responsible if you ignore our recommendations and decide , against our advice to participate in our events. We will not pay you compensation if we have failed to carry out our duties due to:

  1. Your own Fault,
  2. The fault of someone else who is not directly connected with providing our events,
  3. Events which we could not have known about beforehand even if we had taken all reasonable care.

You must make sure that you do the exercise provided by at any event provided by us that you go to. You should consult your doctor before you start any of our events if you are not sure whether they are suitable. If you have an accident or injure yourself at one of the events you should report this to your coach straight away.
